INGREDIENTS
1 c unsweetened almond, oat or coconut milk
½ green apple
½ frozen banana
¼ cucumber, peeled
1” ginger, peeled
Handful greens of choice
1 T lemon juice
Ice/cold water
DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients until smooth, adding more water to thin if desired.
Tip: Drink right away, as green smoothies tend to separate.
For best results, freeze bananas and greens before blending.
